At Skin Culture, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect all products before dispatch; however, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we are here to help.

7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy for products that are:

  • Damaged during delivery

  • Defective or faulty

  • Incorrect item received

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

  • Proof of damage or defect (photo/video) may be required

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Used products

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Skincare products opened or used for hygiene reasons

Refund Process

Once your return is approved and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds may be issued through bank transfer or the original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side
