Standard delivery within Pakistan takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Deliveries to major cities like Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad are typically faster. Remote areas may take slightly longer. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your order through our courier partner's website. If you have not received your tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with our courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please keep all packaging and take photos of any damage as this may be required for a claim.
